New Spring Direct began as a family-owned patio furniture retailer serving North Florida for over a decade. Through years of operating in the retail space, we recognized the rising costs and inefficiencies created by traditional distribution models—warehousing fees, third-party markups, and layered sales teams that ultimately reduce retailer margins.

To solve this, we began importing directly from factories, streamlining our supply chain and significantly lowering costs. This hands-on experience transformed our business model. After exiting retail, we shifted our focus to helping other retailers access the same factory-direct sourcing advantages.

Today, New Spring Direct provides businesses with the ability to purchase container-load quantities of high-quality patio furniture directly from the factory to their location—eliminating unnecessary warehouse costs, distributor markups, and intermediary sales layers. We understand that most retailers can display and store at least one truckload of inventory, which allows them to order efficiently without the overhead of traditional warehousing and distribution.
